These flows/maps are created to show how users registered for all enterprise products, focused on identifying pain points and providing solutions, as well as recommendations for future enhancements. This analysis includes both digital and offline touch points, the tools used by sales representatives and internal company employees that help customers setup their account.

Project

This is the experienced map to show the permissions of registration in each AT&T business site. Pointed out are the connection and breakpoint between each site. This can clarify all the permissions that AT&T has, and gives them an idea of how to combine and define functions for all the permissions in the registration system in the future.
